Mould manufacturing

The manufacturing of moulds for HESS machines and for foreign machines takes place at our subsidiary HMB Mechanical engineering. HMB produces moulds for all usual types of block machines and has experience of many years in the production of durable moulds. For the customers of HESS this is a guarantor for precision and perfection with the production of concrete blocks.

Modern CAD systems generate clearly defined workshop drawings. The 3-D CAM software allows for efficient programming and maximum milling results.

HMB moulds and tamper head plates are manufactured with state of the art milling technology. Exact tolerances of the tamperhead shoes and the insert allow efficient and precise assembly.

Highest possible milling and case hardening techniques produce an excellent mould. The sum of all details equals the desired result:
